Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Mesquite, NV crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Beyond droppings and noise, chewed wiring and insulation damage are real risks we flag during every inspection.
Rodent control here means construction-grade exclusion: hardware cloth, sealant, and door sweeps, applied by trained techs.
Rodent calls in Mesquite, NV get same-day or next-day dispatch, especially where droppings or gnaw marks suggest an active population.
The inspection determines a fixed price for trapping and exclusion work before anything is installed.
We carry snap traps, one-way exclusion doors, thermal cameras for locating nest zones, and sanitation supplies for post-removal cleanup. We also photograph every sealed entry point before and after, giving you documentation of the exclusion work performed.
Norway rats burrow at grade, so we focus on foundation perimeters, deck footings, and crawl space vents.
We trace roof rat entry to soffit vents and roofline gaps, sealing those before setting attic traps.
Mouse control centers on finding every small gap, since a single unsealed opening undoes the whole job.
Rodent droppings and urine-soaked insulation get removed and the space sanitized once trapping is complete.
We install hardware cloth, door sweeps, and vent screens to physically block re-entry after the population is cleared.
Scheduled monitoring and bait station servicing for property managers needing ongoing compliance documentation.
Tell dispatch where you're hearing activity — attic, walls, or kitchen — and whether you've seen droppings or gnaw marks.
A technician arrives with trapping and sealing materials already loaded, ready to inspect and quote in the same visit.
We trace droppings, gnaw marks, and grease trails back to the entry point, then map every gap needing exclusion work.
You get trapping, exclusion, and a documented follow-up — not just traps left behind with no return visit.

Property manager here — they service all six of our buildings on a schedule and send logs I can hand to ownership.

Coverage across Mesquite and the surrounding Mesquite, NV area includes priority routing for properties bordering fields, woodlots, or older housing stock. Rat droppings are roughly the size of a grain of rice or larger; mouse droppings are smaller and more pointed. Noise timing and gnaw-mark size also differ.
Exclusion is the permanent fix — trapping without sealing just clears the current population while leaving the door open for the next one.
We'd recommend waiting — disturbed rodent droppings can aerosolize particles, and our technicians use proper PPE and sanitizing agents for safe cleanup.
A typical job is a single day of work plus a short follow-up window to verify the population is gone.
We prioritize mechanical trapping and exclusion over rodenticide when possible, especially around homes with pets or children.
Pet food left out, compost piles, and gaps around utility lines are frequent culprits we flag during inspection. We often recommend homeowners do a seasonal walk-around of the foundation, since new gaps can open up after freeze-thaw cycles.
